These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShopNeeti ("Platform"), operated by ShopNeeti, Bansur, Alwar, Rajasthan. By using ShopNeeti, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use ShopNeeti.
• You must be a legitimate business owner or authorized representative.
• You are responsible for keeping your phone number and OTP secure.

2. Account Registration

• You register using your mobile number via OTP verification or Google Sign-In.
• One phone number can be associated with multiple businesses.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate business information (name, GSTIN, address).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use ShopNeeti for any illegal activity
• Create fake invoices or fraudulent business records
• Attempt to access another business's data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform
• Use automated bots to create accounts or generate data
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code

4. Your Data

• You own your business data (invoices, inventory, customer records).
• We store your data securely on our servers and do not sell it.
• You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us.

5. Free & Paid Plans

• The free plan includes unlimited invoicing, inventory management, and customer CRM.
• Paid plans offer additional features like premium invoice templates, multi-user access, and advanced reports.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. GST & Tax Compliance

• ShopNeeti generates GST-compliant invoices based on the information you provide.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your GSTIN, HSN codes, and tax rates.
• ShopNeeti is a billing tool — it is NOT a substitute for professional tax advice.
• We are not responsible for incorrect tax calculations caused by wrong input data.

7. Availability & Uptime

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
• We are not liable for data loss due to server failures, though we maintain regular backups.

8. Limitation of Liability

• ShopNeeti is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or Rs 0 for free plan users).

9. Account Termination

• You can delete your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days (for recovery) and then permanently deleted.

10. Intellectual Property

• ShopNeeti's brand, logo, code, and design are owned by us.
• Your business data, logos, and content remain your property.
• You grant us a limited license to use your data solely for providing the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Alwar, Rajasthan.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of ShopNeeti after changes constitutes acceptance.
